Where to find a perfect Upwork leadgen | SDR? + memes
Last time I received a lot of great feedback about my memes. Thank you guys. I will put more at the end of this article.
INTRO
Many people are asking me how to find a perfect sales manager/leadgen/sdr for Upwork. And the real answer is that I don't know for sure.
The market is very hot and many green not-ready specialists are asking for high salaries without even understanding the industry, Another problem is that good sales people do not want to change their companies because they are receiving a lot of commission which will be waded if they leave a firm.
However, I have my own experience and experience of my clients shared it with me. Let's start.
Anonymous search
In Ukraine we have a great anonymous candidates search called https://djinni.co/ - you can find already an experienced sales manager there
The second way is linkedin but I would say - you need to ask sales people who are marked as occupied would they like to change the workplace.
Sales Conferences
The third way - sales conferences. There are always people who would like to change some work terms. I recommend to just build a network first and then grab them in a good moment.
Call them Business/Director assistant
The forth way was invented by my creative client Max. They are posting The business assistant with English needed job on different job platforms and then they are hiring 20 people right away, putting them into the education for a month and those who completed it well - starting the work.
Sales courses
The fifth way is to grab them from leadgen/sales courses. For example, I am a mentor of IAMPM course (one lecture) and they are sharing good vacancies with their students. You can easily write them to https://t.me/job_search_assistant and they will post your vacancy to their groups.
