Intro

Hello guys! So you already have a great view rate and amazing reply rate. Next step is how to make the life better and apply to all jobs that exist?

As my advisor Simon says, cases are the best way to show the results and then how to achieve them.

So let's meet Owlab! Guys are amazing in AI, scrapping, Python and React development. Owner has a very structured type of thinking as well as a huge charisma. I also like that he is posting that he made a website for his wife as a New Year gift(every woman wish!).

And Sales team is very disciplined as well with their had Vlad (hello!). So we met a new challenge

Case

So we are using Gigradar and had around 250 bids per month before

As you may see our view and reply were quite good. However, the next step is to grow the applications and as we ended November already, I can show you what did we achieve.

And actually, it's not the end of our journey. We made it by growing our mobile app development applications so I will explain how it works in our case.

More than 1000 bids in one month was done only for native app development OR clients who don't know the tech stack (flutter, ionic, cordova, xamarin, react native excluded).

How to do that?

Create your main scanner/search for the main tech stack and your fav clients ICP
Add a duplicate but also with clients you don't believe in much (low hire rate or new clients). It's easy to switch it off if it won't give you results
Duplicate your main scanner BUT EXCLUDE your main categories and include all other categories BUT put the Titles only button on!
Create a scanner/search without your stack (exclude it) but with words mobile app develop ios android iphone etc. Be sure you excluded all technologies
Duplicate it but also with clients you don't believe in much (low hire rate or new clients). It's easy to switch it off if it won't give you results
Duplicate it for freelancer only (many agencies exclude it now so it's not a bad conversion actually now)
