How two agencies made a collab and CipherCross went to top 10 for most of Talent Search requests?

As you know, Upwork talent search is "broken" now as well as bidding algorithm...

But once, I shared the guys from Malevich agency. They were so good in optimising themselves that they offered their service for the other agencies.

And! Recently they shared the graphics of how fast they were able to promote another team just in 3 weeks!

Almost everywhere the accounts were not even in top 200, right now, mostly they are in top 10.

So what did they do?

Basics. Your main request should be in every single section of your profile. All. Sections.

Suggestions - all suggested words from Upwork hould be in portfolio cases and in portfolio overview

Related queries research - should be in portfolio cases and in portfolio overview

What to do with the nowadays algo?

So what is broken and what to do?

Recently I was asked should we add a lot of keywords into the profile? Usually, I say no, as UMA wants to read your sentences but now yes, as Uma has disappeared for already 2 weeks from the algo. So if you have a resource, add keywords now but don't forget to copy your normal text for the later on.

One more thing, qualification is broken, means that filters are not working properly for the clients.

And one small good fix:) Finally They fixed a JSS icon. Maybe you remember the times when it was 100% but not a full badge?:)
