Hello everyone! Uma is back! After 22 days of a full mess, we see her again in bids:
The very interesting part that she started to match you by COVER LETTERS too
She is literally taking advantages from cover letters and rewriting them as her own opinion!
Talent search is also fixed, now normal texts are winning the game again!
What to do next?
- Make cover letters with your pros written clearly
- Use keywords in your general profile in sentences and also add your pros
- Use keywords in your spec profile in sentences and add everywhere how experienced are you
- If you are using autobidders, change them to add pros
