So here is the right strategy to grow

Start with only one profile.

It's important to grow your first profile with a niche. Grow it till the Top Rated badge earned. When your profile will be visible, top rated and you will start getting a lot of replies, make the second profile and start asking clients to set the contract with a needed title to grow the history.

Make an agency from the very beginning

Agency will get JSS together with you and after 10k it will become Top Rated. And here is a new trick. Every new exclusive team member after that will get the Top Rated badge as agency has.

Make every next profile with new categories and niches until it covers your tech stack

No need to clone a lot of profiles. Each profile should have a great work history, skills and keywords exactly for the needed jobs.

Create the second agency.

Yes, no need to negotiate discounts with your clients. Create your own competitor and win all small and big jobs for all ICP that you want. Grab everything you want.

Grow your view and reply rate all the time.

You already can cover your tech stack and different prices. Right now concentrate on growing your reply rate (and for that view rate too).
